New Perspective and Insight Gain in Vemma Online Business

This is my 3rd month in Vemma online business. Initially, I join Vemma online business just to earn an extra income online. However, after my first month had passed, I receive my first check from Vemma.

I came to realize two important elements which I failed to see it clearly when I was with previous network marketing business. They are….

Teamwork and Leadership

You see, from the start, I know for sure that Vemma can be done 100% online without those weekly offline meetings and training. I done it because I sponsor one team member from Indonesia, Viviana. I used online technique and have people contacting me to wanting join Vemma.

Despite all of these small little achievements, I’m unhappy. Why? Because deep down my heart, I feel lacking of something. Something that I yearn for. Something that I feel I can make a positive change in other people life. Something that I know I should be doing for others.

It was this urge that I unlearn a lot and gain new perspective and insight on teamwork and leadership. I knew what teamwork and leadership are but not to the detail that I get that “ahh-haa” moment.

Teamwork

I saw the inner meaning of teamwork.

Not that kind of teamwork that we usually say in corporate world .The teamwork I refer here is, Teamwork is working together even though we are far apart. This is particularly true in Vemma Online Business. We help, advice and consult each other online even though we are of different lines. And with that, I come to an understanding that – It is really amazing how one can achieve a lot whole more when it does not matter who credit from it. It is the process of helping other team members that one can growth to a better person.

Leadership

I also have “ahh-haa” moment in Leadership department. One of my team members asked me a question that have me stunned. Yes, I was stunned. And from that moment, I know that I had to set an example for my team and have clear vision and expectations for them and for me. This is Lead By Example. And also, I’ve learn that higher success comes great responsibility. The team that you build will mold your success in whichever environment you are in.

So, as you can see my progress from just wanting to earn extra income monthly to having gaining in depth knowledge of Teamwork and Leadership. Not only that, my upline, Moon gave me Vemma action plan book as a “gift” which she took from Vemma Product Launch at Malaysia.

After flipping through it, I should say that the action plan book is really a detail step by step guide to anyone who wants to start Vemma Online Business. It is value packed with information, insights, full blueprints and sample scripts that even a newcomer can follow easily.
