When it comes to investing in your health, there are many ways to do it.
You can buy readily supplement pills, nutritional liquid and some capsule that will give you the benefit your body needed. However, the most common delivery method is through either liquid or pills/capsules. Therefore, the common questions comes up:
Which is better? Pills or Liquid?
According to PDR (physician desk reference, page 1542) it stated that, 85% – 90% of nutrients are absorb by the body within 22 – 30 seconds. While pills shows that only 10% – 20% of nutrients being absorbed.
But of course, if you take liquid nutritional supplement that comes in the form of synthetic chemical nutrients, it may prove worthless as all these are formulated in the labs and are not readily available in our daily usual stuff that we eat. Thus, that is consider money wasted.
